Statement by Geoffrey Alphonso, CEO of Alef Education, on the announcement of Emirati Day for Education

The directive by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE (may Allah protect him), to declare 28 February as Emirati Day for Education reflects the deep commitment of His Highness to the education sector, which is recognised as a driving force for the UAE’s progress and cultural growth. The day is also significant as it commemorates the graduation of the first batch of teachers from UAE University in 1982, also attended by the late founder Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan (may Allah bless his soul).
We at Alef Education are proud to be part of a vision that values education as the foundation for societal growth and innovation. Inspired by the UAE's leadership and their commitment to fostering a knowledge-based economy, we reaffirm our dedication to shaping the future of human capital in the UAE. We aim to make education accessible for all students and redefine their educational experience, empowering them to become active, contributing members of society.
As we continue to innovate and expand our offerings, Alef Education remains dedicated to empowering future generations through educational solutions that leverage AI and technology to offer personalized learning experiences.
